The Bureau

Your Building Passes. Every Time.

Walk in tomorrow morning. The floors are done. The restrooms are stocked. Every visit is documented with photos and reported back to you. One crew, one standard, one invoice — and nothing left for an inspector to find.

What We Do

BIFSCorp isn’t a cleaning company. We do facility risk management.

That distinction matters, because the work is the same on the surface — but the intent behind it is completely different:

  • Restrooms aren’t just cleaned. They’re treated as Biological Hazard Remediation — because that’s what they actually are.
  • Facility maintenance isn’t a checklist. It’s a system for catching problems before they become liabilities.
  • Compliance work — the kind most building owners don’t think about until it’s too late — is quietly built into what we do, not sold to you as an extra line item.

We sell the prevented lawsuit, not the cleaning.

Included In Every Service Agreement

California Compliance Check

California has passed laws that apply to almost every business, and most owners have never heard of them. SB 1383, passed by the state legislature, requires every business — no matter how small — to sort food and yard waste out of the regular trash. Inspectors at the local, county, and state level are now actively checking, and fines can reach $10,000 a day. Separately, state workplace safety rules require any business with an indoor space that gets hot (82°F or above) to have a written safety plan on file.

Every BIFS service agreement includes a California Compliance Check — we identify where you’re exposed and build the required paperwork, including a legally drafted Extreme Heat Preparedness Plan for your building specifically. It’s built into your quote, not sold separately.
