We Log & Route It
Your concern is recorded with a reference number and sent to the building's facility management team for review.
The Issue Gets Addressed
Building management takes action. If you left contact info, you may hear back with an update.
Commercial Tenants
Office staff, retail employees, warehouse workers — if something in your workspace isn't being maintained, report it. Common issues: dirty restrooms, broken HVAC, parking lot damage, pest problems, safety hazards.
Residential Tenants
Apartment and condo residents — if common areas, hallways, lobbies, or exterior grounds aren't being kept up, let us know. Common issues: cleaning, trash, lighting, elevators, landscaping, security.
